Not really. Sure, the marker isn't at the originally intended spot in terms of latitude and longitude, but the surveyed state lines, errors and all, are still the official and legal boundaries.

Turns out that the Four Corners marker for Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah is off by a couple of miles.
